Battery SOH Certificates - Drive Green - The Electric Car Specialist.

We are delighted to provide customers with a Battery SOH certificate for every EV sold from our forecourt. Drive Green was the very first UK EV dealership to start using a battery testing system to certify battery health on all our electric vehicles.

What is a Battery SOH Certificate?

The certificate includes a complete report on the electric car battery:

  • The SOH (State of Health) of the battery
  • Other important indicators to help you understand your battery’s health
  • Theoretical autonomies under different driving conditions

The certificate provides you with essential information when purchasing an electric vehicle.

What Does The SOH % Mean?

As an electric vehicle ages, its range decreases. This decrease is due to the chemical and physical degradation of the traction battery (i.e., the electric-vehicle battery, which powers the motor). This phenomenon, known as aging, depends heavily on the specific conditions in which the vehicle is used and stored, and is therefore unique to each car.

The ‘Generational‘ battery test certificate indicates the State of Health of your electric-vehicle battery at a given time.
